We highly recommend a service contract to all of our corporate clients as IT systems are no longer a luxury they are critical to everyday business operations. We will however service clients on an as needed first come first basis for those companies that do not have a service contract. In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of calls that day we will service our contract clients first, regardless of what order they called in.
